Potter’s Wheel – Hand Building
Haven Art houses a comfortable, large,
fully equipped pottery studio. The focus of your technical
education can be the pottery wheel and/or hand building.
The decision is yours. The Haven Art philosophy is to give
you as much access as you desire to the studio and to our
art community.
The clay studio is open to students for
studio time Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturdays
10am to 4pm. Sundays and after hours are by appointment.
*Adults are defined as 13+ yrs. old
Registration Information:
Students register for 6 consecutive weeks of
classes (18 hours). The cost of 6 consecutive weeks of
classes is $300. Studio time is free during the
6 weeks. Students are allowed a 1-week absence
without penalty; therefore the course will be completed
in 7 weeks. Otherwise, studio time is $10/hour or $300
for 6 consecutive weeks. Private lessons are $50/hour.
You may start anytime. You may reregister as many times
as you wish.
