Children's Parties
Haven Art is a wonderful place for a party or event, from a casual afternoon with friends doing clay work or beading to children’s animal-making parties, painting groups (you choose the medium oil, acrylic pastel), and clay groups (you pick the project).
There are three types of parties - Ceramic - Beading - Mosaic.
At a Ceramic
Party traditional
clay is used to create and paint an animal figurine, bowl,
mug or the like. It takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks for
the clay pieces to be completed.
At a Beading Party participants
choose from a variety of glass, crystal, wood, metal,
pearl, gemstone, seed beads and the like to design and
create their own unique bracelet and necklace.
At a Mosaic Party glass mosaic tiles will be glued to a ceramic tile to create a trivet designed (color and form) by the participant. The tiles are available to take home that day. Black wood frames are available (at an additional cost) to hold the tile as a trivet or hang on a wall.
In addition, birthday parties; scout troop parties, play-date parties and adult occasion (bridal shower) parties are popular.
We offer party planning and custom postcard invitations at no cost.
We will provide the artists and support staff to make the time valuable and memorable.

Children's Parties
The cost per child for the art activity
is $25. With
pizza, drinks, paper goods and the cake (ice cream or
sheet), add another $5 per child. You are welcome
to provide your own food etc. We will provide the
space and the service staff at no additional charge.
The number
of children at a party range from 10 (minimum) to approximately
30. The art activity takes an
hour and a half and the food activity a half hour. Ask
for when parties can be scheduled.
In addition to birthday
parties; scout troop parties and play-date parties are
popular.
We offer custom postcard invitations at no cost.
A
manager, a teacher and two assistants staff an average
size party of 25 participants. Staff
is increased for larger parties.
Tipping the party staff is
allowed.
Stop by or call Tom for more
information or to book a party. A $100 deposit
secures a date and time.
Additionally,
you can have a party at Haven Art where you
provide the activity (magician, animal act
or any appropriate activity) and we will provide the
space and the service staff and optionally the food. The
cost per child is $12.50 for the space and service
staff. With pizza, drinks, paper goods and the
cake (ice cream or sheet), add another $5 per child. You
are welcome to provide your own food etc. There
is a 10-child minimum. Costs are based on a 2-hour
party.
