Important Information

The cost per child for the craft activity is $25. With pizza, drinks, and paper goods add another $5 per child. Cake (ice cream or sheet) is an additional $2 per child. You are welcome to provide your own food or just the cake for example. We will provide the space and the service staff at no additional charge.

The number of children at a party range from 10 (minimum) to approximately 30. The craft activity takes an hour and a half and the food activity a half hour. Ask for when parties can be scheduled.

In addition to birthday parties, scout troop parties and play-date parties are popular. • We offer custom postcard invitations at no cost.

A manager, a teacher and one assistant staff an average size party of 20 to 25 participants. Staff is increased for larger parties.

Tipping the party staff is encouraged, traditionally $20 per person.

Haven Art is a wonderful place for a party or event,

from a casual afternoon with friends doing clay work or beading to children’s animal-making parties, painting groups (you choose the medium oil, acrylic pastel), and clay groups (you pick the project).

Tutus And Super Hero Capes

( Girls and Boys 2 to 4) Girls will make a princess tutu and crown with flower petals and embellishments. Boys make a super hero cape and embellish it.

Hats And Scarves

(Girls and Boys 5 and up) The guests make beautiful fringed fleece scarves and hats with embellishments.

T Shirts

(Girls and Boys 5 and up) choose one….

Tote Bags

(Girls and Boys 5 and up) Guests make beautiful embellished fleece or felt tote bags.

Pillows

(Girls and Boys 5 and up) Each guest will make and embellish a beautiful fleece pillow.

Beading

(Ages 6 and up) Our most popular party. Guests make a necklace and bracelet from our collection of beads.

Purely Craft

Guests will make a craft like painted and embellished boxes or picture frames etc. to their choice.

Scrapbooking

Each guest will make two scrapbooking pages. One for the birthday girl/boy to be made into a memory book to remember their party and one page for each of the guests. Each page will be beautifully embellished. Guests can bring a photo of themselves to be used for the memory book (Optional).

Clay Party

Traditional clay is used to create and paint an animal figurine, bowl, mug or the like. It takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks for the clay pieces to be completed. Age 4 to adult.

Mosaic Party

Glass mosaic tiles are glued to a ceramic tile to create a trivet designed by the participant. The tiles are available to take home that day. Age 4 to adult.
